I’ve raved about Christian Cota’s collection and use of chains. You may have read my post on the Chains of Love and the fabulously affordable chains available there. Chains of Love has a new shop and new items added to the fabulous collection. In celebration of the new shop and the upcoming holidays, Chains of Love is giving away a Gretchen body chain {worth $60} to one lucky reader!
Here’s how to enter:
1. Visit the Chains of Love website.
2. In the comment section of this post, answer the question:
“How would you rock the Gretchen chain?”
{hint: it’s adjustable and reversible}
Contest ends on December 11, 2009 at midnight EST.
Melissa will pick out her favorite answer as the winner. Good luck!
WOW! I’ve loved these since you mentioned them the first time! If I were to win this, I would wear it with a very dark pair of jeans, high black heels, and form fitting black lace top. Tiny dangly silver earrings and red, red lipstick. Wouldn’t that be a fantastic thing to wear to the Christmas cocktail party I’m going to this weekend? I think so!

I would wear it a la Naomi Campbell or Beyonce with a bikini!
Hehehehhe, I would (do) wear it with a very deep V thin tshirt (underneath) with a pair of distressed slouchy skinny jeans and ankle boots 😉
Wow! I would actually give it to my friend, Little Sarah, to rock, as she has always wanted some body jewellery like this. She would wear it over a bodysuit and a little punk skirt. I would definitely get myself a More Color I Say necklace or Tangle Mess bracelet so I didn’t feel left out!
I see versatility in this chain! Of course I could wear it with a chic outfit, whether it be jeans and a top or a dress, but I could also double it up and wear it as a headband/headpiece, necklace, bracelet, or waist belt! That is so fetch! 🙂

I would wear this over a boxy silk shift/tunic with leggings in a pop color (like plum!) and ankle boots. The chain would give some shape and interest to the shift but would hand well over the silk.
